Nitrean and Opticen Review

As promised, I am going to talk for a moment about the two protein products I am currently using. At Large's Nitrean and Opticen . My desires are really simple. It must taste decent and I like a blend of whey and casein proteins.
In my previous post, I reviewed some of the other proteins I tried in an attempt to find the right one. I returned in April to At Large and have not regretted it. I have been using Nitrean and Opticen for my supplementation.
Nitrean - I prefer vanilla flavors for my regular protein. I use this protein to make smoothies, mix with yogurt, oatmeal and make other foods with. I have found the vanilla is a little more versatile than the other flavors. I have tried both the chocolate and strawberry. They are good, smooth, but I prefer the vanilla. It has a light mild flavor, not bland, but at the same time, not over powering. Here are the nutrition aspects of Nitrean. On the zavascale I give this an A+.
Opticen - This product is a post workout drink. I have never used one of these before and thought I would give it a shot. It is a combination of carbs and protein with a great chocolate flavor. As with any protein product, if you are looking for a smooth milk like texture, you will be let down. Opticen mixes thick but drinkable. It has a mild brownie type of taste. Even with the dextrose included, I have not found this to be too sweet. It has served as a great pw drink and has become part of my regimen The nutritional numbers of Opticen can be found HERE: On the zavascale I give this product an A
I recommend heartily both Nitrean and Opticen for your protein supplementation.
